Six decades pass and this is all the Disney corporation can come up, dancing flamingos - not terribly unlike the Dance of the Hours (from the original Fantasia) in its themes. I give crass art and music more credit than this.

@sex6cult9revolution Fantasia was never meant to be about historical or culture, it was meant to be an exploration of art and music combined, Fantasia is the art of telling a story with no dialogue, and some is meant to be silly. If you didn't add silly animation, how would you get children to come watch this? This movie is also the only reason that I even knew about composers like Stravinsky.
I give this movie a lot of credit, more than the next ten years of disney put together.
