He may be faster than the some others but they all use techniques that only involves the wrist not their whole arm. i wouldnt recommend that technique. only for a few riffs here and there maybe, but your entire technique shouldn't be based on that.

@alekszanver It's impossible to give a 100% answer. I know people who've played for 20 years and still it sounds really bad. I think it comes down to how much you love to play guitar and where your inspiration comes from. If you only play Nirvana songs then that's what you'll still be playing at age 50. Try different styles and once you learn something, move on to the next thing. Hope it helps.

Why 3 heads? I've never understood why somebody uses 3 heads and like 6 cabs, when it sounds no different then a god damn half stack... and I've been playing for 17 years...

Wow, that's almost impossibly fast AND clean playing. Notice the lack of a unseamly amounts of delay, reverb, flange and chorus that some other "shredders" hide behind.

this is formula 1, not music. b b king plays only two notes a minute and the whole venue is screaming in extasy. you don't have to shout at someone to tell him what you feel, but in this case is the exact opposite. the music score should not be a car race, who finishes first, wins.
