@beantownbig3 The title "Tenement Funster" refers to anyone who's ever lived in an apartment & enjoyed pissing off the neighbors :P (tenement: apartment dwelling; funster: practical joker)
I saw this show and the one before it at the Santa Monica Civic. Seventy four? Hmmm..... that was window pane four way acid time, I think. The year before was either orange sunshine or barrel acid. Great place to see shows. Great shows by Queen, early Genesis, Mahogany Rush (Opened for Queen) First song was here I stand and the audience went crazy for the rest of the evening. At the Selling England By The Pound show I walked up to John Lennon in the lobby and he told me to F off.
Farrokh Bulsara....the world is a darker place without you....so glad I grew up in the 70's and had a chance to see Queen live..... ! It was an Amazing ride!!...Freddie Mercury a voice that was perfect.....a sexy, beautiful soul I miss his presence ...Brian May, guitar master,Brilliant song writer, ,Roger Taylor amazing drums and that falsetto! John Deacon wrote some of Queens most memorible songs ,great bass player .....Love this song!!
Brian May is very busy on the guitar on this album, in their later work he doesn't emphasize the guitar playing as much as on their earlier work in my opinion, not to say that the later work is worse
you know rodgers voice is sublime but when hearing him after hearing fred for a long time makes it sound better im not saying i dont like this song but sorry rodger
@carooomargheee Yeah...this rocks! I remember riding around In my 78' Firebird Formula with this cranked through those 6"x9" 3 way pioneers and that 20 watt fosgate booster under the console.I was dating my wife at the time and she would tell me to turn It down and I would turn It up another notch or two. Those we're the days and yes we're still married...My favorite Queen tune too!
@ZyggieFromJiU I think I'd agree with you, if only because DT is one of my favorite bands and I'm much more familiar with their stuff then Queens. But Queen is also a wonderful band, much more than "good."
Thumbs up if you're young and you're crazy!

This isn't my favorite Queen tune, but this is my favorite Queen song composed by Roger. My favorite Queen song is "The March Of The Black Queen". :)
