  • if you keep on listening to tis kind of music..you can never sleep but dancing all the night through..oOOH YEAH!

  • dont devide i know younger people are pellicons but your were once and you probably said the same sort of things about the people who didnt follow the crowd. house is a journey you can keep on doing the same route or you can hoop off the bus and go on your on path of discovery and find the history behind house and how its has got to where its is today plus the many other types of music that have branched off from house music tree. house has brilliant history and its still fresh in peoples minds

  • classssss

  • wow!! why can't I find music like that nowadays??? :-(( so houese, so deep, so fresh and soo dance... grat tune!

  • Julio Bashmore, Miguel Campbell, Danny Daze, Jacques Greene, Maceo Plex.... house music is alive and well!

  • house music is alive and well...... and I am not talking about the cheesy top 40 rave culture, the underground is still burning!

  • one word to describe this "UNITED" whether ur rich or poor, gay or straight, it's a family feeling! WE ARE UNITED IN HOUSE!

  • NY's Finest, Victor Simonelli = King Of House Music !!

  • I was out in the clubs for this music back in the late 80's and early 90's. Sound Factory/NYC, Roxy /NYC, Trocadero/Philly, etc. At this point in time, AIDS was really ravaging the gay community - the first wave of people were dying and there was no medicine to stop it. So to be out dancing, during a time of great pain, was very, very meaningful to us. I remember seeing people vanish from the clubs over the months, knowing I'd never see them again. This music bound us together in a major way.

  • Kool.I like

  • L'ho trovato finalmente!!!

    OH MY GOD!

    GOD SAVE HOUSE MUSIC!!

  • There are actually a lot of young people interested in this music, the history of it, it's evolution and the continuation of dance and electronic music at large. I used to go to the parties in Detroit (my hometown) back in the late 90's...I thought it was all over after 2002 or so.... WRONG!!!! I have lived in Seattle for the past 5years and there is a very strong, thriving underground electronic music scene here...it's about the music, not about some clubbin BS... it is ALIVE

  • good damn house music period

  • 3 people have no soul

  • yeah, music then was more original. note to the children your "stars" of today sample EVERYTHING from the past. Nothing original. OK? Oh it is different today, people talk over rhythm, beats and rhyme no singing.

  • Beautiful uplifting track

  • nice track , true house music

  • HAHHAHAHA THIS IS MUSIC OF GAY BOITE !!!!!!! TOTAL HOMOSEX GAY MUSIC

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA

  • @OLAVOdaCOSTAXVII you fag

  • @OLAVOdaCOSTAXVII So what is your type of music?

  • @OLAVOdaCOSTAXVII

    STATT'A CASA MIEZZ SCè....

TI FACCIO VERè IO CHI è GAY!!

  • who's the artist ?

  • ive run out ov orannge ok straight vodka it is (DANCE)

  • Victor Simonelli all the way !!

  • were can u buy these vinyls does anyone know plzz tell me i miss this house...???

  • All the old folks banging on about how good it was back then and how crap it is now! Shut the fuck up! You just sound really old saying that shit....jealous of youth.

Times have changed we have more than you had then. Its progression. There is so much good music around at the moment. People are not searching hard enough.

Stop looking at the past with rose tinted glasses.

respect to his tune its AWESOME however. And stuff from then is influencing people now big time.

  • @hundhun17 Its nothing to do with being jealous of youth, its how the scene has changed for the worse.

Its funny talking with the new generation of kids who "are into house," but have no idea who Frankie Knuckles, Masters at Work, etc are. The scene is SO full of attitude now, full of silly gimmicks, Djs getting payed to play on ableton, tons of politics behind everything.

Just because there is more now it does not mean its better. I can go through hundreds of mp3s each week and only buy 3-4

  • @redubd I'm 17 and I know who both of those artists are. Not very well, but I'm getting there. I'm studying the history of DJ's and it's quite interesting to read about Ron Hardy, Little Louie Vega, etc. There's still hope for the new generations I'm sure :)

  • @hundhun17 Read the title CLASSIC HOUSE.

  • Daref2006 got owned by everyone on this page hahahahaha

  • what the fuck did that guy say!(comment removed) luv the vitriol that comes off these comments, but can't handle ignorance!!! its all 'bout the tunes and this is a CLASSIC from a bygone and much loved era! HOUSE ALL NIGHT LONG!!!

  • im 13 and i think this is amazing im glad my older cousin showed me this style, music back then must have been sick "im in for a treat :)"

  • this is a great tune. The synth brass at 2:37 are phenomenal. I'm an old school house head and I don't remember this tune.

  • this tune had everything that us oldschoolers devoured on fields or cool clubs like grasshoppers in bournemouth...yes ya.. and to the 3 people who disliked this... you cocks!!

  • Choooooooooooon. Thanks for this, had completely forgotten this track then stumbled upon it right now. And having read some of the comments I would just like to add that this type of music was made to make people happy and uplifting, with or without drugs. Seems like all the crap today is just designed to make people envy or fuck each other.

  • Daref2006 - you're a muppet - today's clubs are full of people taking too much of the wrong kind of drugs....crazed manic nightmare idiots on crystal meth and people collapsing on ghb - we never needed ambulance services back in the good days - nowadays the chill out rooms are like a+e departments.

  • ohh man love the sound! memories.

  • very cool ... great memories of dancing to lots of tunes like this ... music bringing people together ... great years :)

  • absolute killer tune!

  • and Danced and Danced and Danced. The body got wo' out from dancing. My body's close to 60 but the heart still beats at the speed of 30... Good good times

  • Oh yeah !!! N.Y's Finest - Victor Simonelli

  • @Daref2006

Enjoy your nighs out and I hope they are also good ones for you.

You too will grow old one day prick.

Do you have a thing called knife crime in Austria?

  • @harbordman

People with Knifes... The Chance you get stabbed if much bigger then not carrying such a ''pussy thing''

im against fighting but if it comes i get my fist out and kick your ass like Muhammad Ali.

  • Comment removed

  • @harbordman I'm 21 also but some people like that mug just need to grow up and respect real music where time and effort has gone into a track and has more of a significant meaning, age is of no conselation here, people should just chill out and appreciate the music, look at the times we live in, it justifies the music that is made which is absolutely sh*t, this is more of my dad's era but i grew up with so many inspirational acts that you can't help but love this music, pce.

  • @harbordman lol im 23 this and i love this music i know how to appreciate this rhythm that kid is ignorant!!

  • Comment removed

  • @Daref2006 Thinking of the watered-down, bland, predictable and flat music/media scene you have grown up in makes me laugh. I'm 35 and my life is powered by the emotions from when I grew up through the start of hip hop, electro, house, techno and clubs. So laugh all you want, but the joke's on you, you troll drone.

  • @Daref2006 Knob head! Do you think that you're gonna be 21 forever. Memories are precious and when you've grown up you'll have some of your own!

  • Comment removed

  • @Daref2006 - Just remember his/our generation made it possible for you to even make such a ignorant comment....you just proved his point.

  • @Daref2006 I'm 28 and I like it...

  • @Daref2006 lol im laughing at u cos when we was all 21 we was all out banging girls (probably ur mum)

we wasnt stuck at a PC when we was 21! we was doin' it! (once again probably with ur momma)

  • @MegaSunshine76 i had his momma too!

  • @Daref2006: ...i noticed you didn't include the 30 year olds in your crass tirade....hmmmm...i wonder why? oh, i know, it's because YOU'RE 32 years old ya lying douche wipe...if you're going to lie, at least have enough sense to omit your age on your channel ya dink

....i feel better already knowing you probably already sprouted your first gray hair......down there.... enjoy !

  • @Daref2006 im sure your comment hurt someone. why did you do that? probably youth. but still, you ought to be concerned for others and care for em, bcz that is the human way.

  • @Daref2006 Cunt

  • @Daref2006 haha you will get old one day cunt!!!!! Hope britney has some good shit out so our grandkids can call you a sad little waster so you can listen to her with your chap in your hand!! old skool samples are done all the time!! have a word you plastic littler so called raver!!!

  • @90LilMonkey

    shut up, old man

  • @Daref2006 im just 15 hahahahahaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Daref2006 Your just 21... and the only club music you have out there for you is dubstep... Im only 16 and im ashamed...

  • @Daref2006 Bad Karma dude...better watch out!

  • @Daref2006 @21 people like us werent at the computer we were livin in the real world, we had our good years and continue to, we saw the birth of dance music, from the early blackburn raves to the hac, take a step back my friend and listen, music evolves and what u listen to is a sample from the past. we lived it!! u call us from sittin infront of a computer... ur 21 u fuckin looser an sittin infront of it!!!!

  • this track is powerful, you can feel the emotion, the melody is put together nicely, the piano being played over a sub low base line with the saxophone makes this is a old skool classic to remember. It's ashame music nowadays doesn't have much passion in it but there's no need to dwell on that, it's good that we remember the real music and where everything started, everyone show their appreciation, pce : )

  • This is what it's all about, this right here...

  • damm right mickey606

  • Dance the shit out of me ;-)

  • we were the fortunate ones!!! the Old Skoolers who were in THE HOUSE for the whole 90's massive movement known as HOUSE and TECHNO and the RAVE SUBCULTURE!! We rocked out, went bonkers, and got down as ONE all vibing to the music! 5 starz for posting these traxx, taking us back!!

  • Hey old skoolers, Victor just put BassLine Records on Traxsource. The full back cat is coming to :) and this track is the first one he put up. Go get it :)

  • @traxsource Yeah guys-great selection-never off my IPod.

This tune is pure class. One of my all time favourites.

The music just take's you on a journey, hard to explain, makes me special, but sad for the days we had dancing all night to tune after tune, not wanting it to stop.

  • do you feel me, don't you want me...fuckin' right I do!!!!! quality

  • when the beats and the little ones were class and no one wanted to fight.

  • Thats what I'm talkin about.

The good old days.. Wish we could go back....

    Cheers H

  • There are still opportunities mate. There'l always be an alternative to pop crap. You just have to look in the right places. Boards of Canada are are an electronic favorite of mine. Dont be put off by the name. Check out Dayvan cowboy bud. Kev

  • Back when we just danced, no fussing or fighting...it was about the MUSIC. It didnt matter who was with who, or what they wore....it was about the beats. As long as we had a good DJ...the room rocked. I feel bad for the younger ones today..they dont have the foundations of house music like we had, and 2...most of whats coming out is sampled to death, or just plain shit. Most of them, are fighting, posers, or not there for the music. I feel So sad for this generation.

  • @mickey606

You are so right my friend.

When you look back we were the lucky ones.

    Cheers H

  • @harbordman pure class my friend

  • @harbordman I am not of the original House generation, but came just after (born 1980). I agree that music is not now used as music should be. It's all about brand and attitude. However, I play souful and uplifting house at a local bar and 99% of people love it. They just don't know they love it until they hear it.

Keep the true house feeling alive my friends. It will never die.

  • @mickey606 no worries

  • @mickey606 im 21 an love classic house u cant beat it! I feel like i missed out on so much not bein der i wuda been in my element!!!

  • @mickey606 I couldn't agree more! so glad I was part of the good times. I used to turn up in whatever clothes (i'm female) and not give a shit about what I looked like! just there for the tunes. Love it x

  • @mickey606----I couldn't agree more......This is EXACTLY how I feel!!!!!

  • @mickey606 i am 20 i was maybe 3 or 4 when this music came out i like it better then newer house i wish i can relive the 90's older lol

  • @mickey606

SO true. This is what we grew up on, real music, real beats with rhythm and soul. They think Techno is House! NOOOOO.

  • @mickey606 So sad but true. Bullseye observation my friend.

  • You have no idea man. Don't generalise.

  • @mickey606 Wish I could have experienced it man. I love classic deep house. Check out lazaro casanova from Miami. New cat, but with this style

  • @mickey606 youre right now the people only smoke and drink in a club. I'm 14 years old i love this music but i wan't the old clubs back!!!!!!!!!

  • @mickey606 How can i comment after that!!.... hit the nail straight on the head!! ...

  • @mickey606 if you look for it there's still good house music around, it's just not mainstream or played to death to be honest if you look and desire good music you'll get it just people are force fed a load of shit and remain ignorant to the fact there is actually good electronic music out there (and i'm not talking about this shitty dubstep either).

  • @mickey606 Know that there is a whole wave of us that appreciate this music for what its worth! Im 25 and my biggest passion in life is music. That is music of such labels as Shelter Records, Strictly Rhythm, Nervous Records.. Artists like Kerri Chandler, Rags, Classic Man.. This is music with soul.. You can hear that artists like Kerri wish to express something true with his music!

  • @mickey606 Couse you are at your middle age and cant throw a party that dosent meen that "this generation" sucks ..you stand back of your pc and cry remembering the old days ....

  • @Ibithailoveu

Im just going to smile at your comment.."most of them are fighting....." in your case **trying** to start a fight. I will advise you...people over 30..can and DO hold some of the best parties ever. We were the generation with "basement" parties.."garage" parties. Like Pitbull sings "40 is the new 30" my friend... Much respect and love for THIS generation....btw-62 people think I wasnt talking out my ass. Keep smiling. I am :)

  • @mickey606 - Well said chum

  • this is the original version according to my collection. mixed and produced by victor simonelli - ny's finest.

dj duke had nothing to do with this.

though in my collection i do have a remix that dj duke did of this 5 years or so after it's original release. dj dukes remix is not very musical though. i found all the versions (wav and mp3s) on the vjsinc website in the bassline records category.

  • oh - okay...

I just remember reading the vinyl label on a friends record some years ago and the title said DJ Duke, NY's Finest - all good though - we agree on the important thing - it's a phat tune!

  • I miss the House sound of the 90s :(

  • why cant they produce house like this anymore ......nearly all the new stuff stinks !!

  • if there are not infinite endless parties in Heaven with music like this playing in the background, I'm going to be extremely disappointed

  • Wow!.So sweet. There must have been some good times back then.

  • It is produced by victor simonelli

    victor simonelli = ny's finest
