  • So where are these CRUEL AND BRAVE SNIPERS hiding? Out of signt, out of sound and just plain "OUT!" Mr. Laakkonen is truly well on his way to become one of the great pianists. He has immense natural talent, technique and perseverance, He is happy sharing his love of his ART. What a wonderful human being. Thank you, Tyson. You are one of a special few in the world who would take on this number. CONGRATULATIONS! Horowitz made it extremely difficult on purpose. MORE ON YOUTUBE, PLEASE !

  • To all those critics who paid their money to get into Carnegie Hall to hear this brilliant young man play truly one of the most difficult pieces in the entire piano reportoire of all times - - Let the first "Pseudo Critic" come forward and play it for us. This is only fair to do. So, where are the critics performances? Non existant. Why? Because most of the critics hereon can't even play the Three Blind Mice number with 1 finger. Mr. Laakkonen is destined to be one of the great pianists.

  • Love it!

    You are really good Tyson!

My sister Taylor actually showed me this and I have got to say that you are awesome on the paino!

  • Very Good. Happy 4th!

  • Nobody's going to show you any respect from posting a comment like that.

  • not very good

  • Ah that piccolo part is treacherous! But you pulled it off fairly well and you'll get it up to speed soon. Keep at it!

  • good interpretation, well done

  • bravo!

  • i dont support you as a musician (spelling), or as a person, and find you're manners deeply shite!

Even if you dont like it, maybe you could use tact, or not say anything atall!

Hard piece of music, fun, and he had fun, got through it, and had some great musical ideas! So on behalf of the classical music community, f**k off please!

  • This was a reply to the other comments by the way, PianoCunic, and motonotty1)...

  • I support you as a musician, but as a professional I find your performamnce lacking.

  • Who is this player??

  • it is easy to find scores, but very hard to play it. :-((

  • for all who want the scores just search horowitz scores on google and then it should be one of the first links, it should be vgjx or something

  • vkgfx, VKGFX . COM, Tyson. Believe it or not, I'm using parts from this adaptation for a choral version using the original Sousa lyrics. It'll have'em on the Wikipedia page about the march.

  • @TysonLaakkonen Due to copyrights, the Horowitz Foundation made them remove all the online scores.
