Just replace weight of any car to biggerr in Handling.dat! CAR__1400.00 change it to 9400.00 or bigger and you will see the changes! But don't force too much!

The game is very CPU dependent, if your CPU is a bottleneck...a new graphics card won't really help at all. Just sayin...

It's Intel, that lowers the spec when it comes to gaming but still, great processor.

That's okay, anyway the game only requires a 2.4Ghz processor, you should be fine with you processor because it's Quadcore, I think you need 128MB Dedicated memory for GTA4 and 64MB for GTA:SA
