Man, I grew up in that gym. That was back when Mr. Tate was still alive. God bless his gentle soul. Tate was just really nice guy who could have out run any of us fools any day of his 70-something life. Jimmy O's an excellent guy, too! Is the old man in the wheelchair still there? I forgot his name, but I remember carrying him up four flights with a few friends when his elevator was broken, man his friends were heavy! That old man always did the right thing by the children. when you you're jabbing you're exposing yourself to the left hook because you're dropping your hand slightly and when you throw the left hook to the body you should be planting that right hand against the side of your chin, not letting it lie low like you were....
