not really, its Youtube that makes it look all weird like that. Few computers like mine can run it on its highest settings, but when you do, It's the best looking MMO I've played since EvE Online.

Vanguard is the best MMO out to date, just such a shame it started off so badly going from Sigil to SOE.
If only SOE spent more money on promoting Vanguard and maybe even a re-launch, VG would be the number 1 game on games store shelves without a doubt in the world.

I love the lore and creativity involved, but I just can't seem to play it like "Hardcore". I have a life and do and play other things, and my personally, I would have to like vanguard better. WoW cool and all but it doesn't give you the freedom the Vanguard does. So on the WoW vs. Vanguard thing, Van. gets my vote.
A good amount of the 13 million people playing WoW are not mmo gamers. I fail to see how 10 year olds are familiar with the WoW legend. Most have never played an MMO and will never play another one after WoW and have no clue about the genre. Vanguard's graphics are stunning.
Candyman, why dont you chill out? And Nhavas, im sure Vanguard has a great lore ( never played it), but if you're such a gamer you should have noticed that World Of Warcraft has lore enough to fill thousands of pages.

WoW is a direct and less-polished copy of Everquest and Ultima Online, with a few new elements thrown in.
Vanguard is deep... really, really deep, with lore that WoW can't even compare to, a diplomatic system that doesnt exist in any other game, and a crafting system that can actually be a "class" within itself because it is so complex and expansive.
WoW sucks. played it for a year and finally sat back and realized it was boring. Been playing Vanguard for three weeks now. I will never go back

its worth the pavement but because it was just released its not as polished as it should be you kind of have to think of the game a s a late beta test phase and be patient as the upgrade and patch
