Got a -57 Coupe De ville myself. It´s pretty much "slammed to the ground"

Otherwise totally stock.

It drives very nice any place without bad speed humps and too many people in the car.....

70-75 on the highway, it will do all day long, until time rans out.....

It´s a very reliable car, and it`s a pretty economical for a car this size and age (about 18-20 mpg hwy).

Air suspension and disc brakes would have been yummie though.....

the original 365 caddy engine ran perfect as it is a low mileage car, however i wanted more horsepower and the reliability of a big block chevy for highway cruising.

the original engine is going into another hot rod build.

stock frame, spindles and control arms, no cutting of wheel wells, early caddies were made for this!! easy to do:)
