Batman probally already has a ring on his utility belt, personally I think he'd be better with a ring based on fear though.

If Batman actually has the ring, you can be sure as hell that he'll know what to think of when he's fighting the enemy. Batman is one of those heroes who REALLY uses strategy to his advantage considering he has no super powers. This is the reason why I admire Batman the most. Green Lantern comes next.
