@727r4l Whatever virus you have is blocking AVG from accessing the internet. Download AVG and the current update to a flash drive or a CD on another computer... then install it on yours.

when a virus is detected and moved to virus vault, there is an option to remove it from the virus vault,if you click delete (from virus vault)will the virus be off of your computer too?like,completely?

dude for some reason when i click run it wont work it says error connecting to internet! im using my google chrom while i click run but still does not work.

@ItachiRyu probably a trojan that blocks the actual file from running. try changing the name of the install file by adding a 1 or something. It should let you run it then. You may also need to run Malwarebytes AntiMalware. It finds some of the nastier stuff as well.

Yes and now go to filehippo and make sure you have the current verison I think the newer one slows down your computer less

@JNith Do not restore things in the vault. Things in the vault are infections AVG found. Only restore if you are 100% sure they caused some type of error.

@JNith No... if AVG putting a certain file in the vault caused your computer to crash or caused an error then restore it. Otherwise leave it in the vault or DELETE it. You should probably never have to restore anything from the vault but i guess there is always a chance /
