Hooded Blue Eyes, it means that the curvature of his eyes are hooded by the bone structure over his eyes (Almost sunken in). Its a term for when the bone structure is more pronounced becuase of his eyes having such definition. Pillow lips are lips that look full and defined (Male Feminine Lips) they look femanine, but are masculine in contrast to his bone structure. Basically he is "Man Pretty". Hope that helps :D
