In music history, I doubt that Lady Gaga will be remembered as more than a popular performer, whereas, Madonna will be considered an important contributor to a genre, an innovator, an icon, and social blaster. Sometimes a performer’s musical talent is only a small part of what makes them great.
Im not particularly a fan but totally agree with her on ga-ga. Madge's concepts have always run deep while ga-ga seems to have no artistic concept to support most of her work. Its a shame as she seemed to have the edge when she first arrived but now it just seems to be about how clownish she can look. maybe hwher meteoric rise means she no longer has to try, whereas madge has always worked hard to get to her first lady of pop throne
