Ummm, hmm I did this ages ago. Im pretty sure that the bottle just said CRAFT GLUE. I can tell you not to use rubber cement though, I tried that and it didn't work well at all.
@schnebley uuuum, I know I tried first with rubber cement, but that all just pealed off. I think what I ended up using was all purpose craft glue that you can get at most craft stores. It looks like elmers glue, but I think it's a little stronger.

What type of glue did you use?
I found that wood glue was pretty sturdy but it took a bit to set.
