I'm digging Lotro alot, really solid mmo all around except for the pvp elements. Maybe i'll go back to WAR when they fix some of the lag issues. Oh I have a 36 captain on landroval btw.

Fatbeard is level 40 in Lotro. I left Lotro about 1 year ago to the day. The PvE content in Lotro is second to none, and I'm going to say it: Lotro is the best LOOKING fantasy MMORPG out there. Seriously, that's where it shines. The game is visually fantastic. More action? No. Worth playing? Yes.

I disagree, PVE I love but there needs to be a balance to offer variety. WAR is too PVP centric, and lotro is too PVE centric. I think wow is the only MMO to get this balance right, but I dont play wow...I play AOC.

WaR is 60% PvP 40% PvE and the pvp there is great also the pve we have quests, Awesom dungeons and raids... AND last but not least the best part of pve.... public quests no other mmo's has pq.

To me the PVE in war always felt abit rubbish, the PVP is amazing though...but thats just my opinion. The PQ are good, if you can get players...and you usally cant, have to rely on high levels boosting.

If you like to PvP once in a while or PvP mostly you do need PvP...

I need PvP...even the crappy PvP from WoW is better than nothing.

The PVE part of WoW is kinda bad atm. They dumbed down so much its hardly enjoyable and the focus on arena makes the class balance in PVE a joke. And now every class is exactly the same.

TBC was still a big step down from Vanilla out of PVE perspective, sure they brought up new specs for classes that could not be used before but that did never make up for face rolling instances.

Yep, and I made it to AQ40. I was younger...I could play a lot and I didn't care about wasting my life back then. It wouldn't be possible now, so if you ask me, Yea...those times were great...but I rather have a life outside now. If the game was still the same I wouldn't even start raiding. And if I couldn't raid anymore I wouldn't play WoW.

So, yea, it's worse in some stuff...but it's more acessible to those who actually like to play A GAME. Also we pay the sameas u. We have the right to raid.
