you know, uh.... spastic diplegia/triplegia/quadreplegi­a/monoplegia/whatever, isn't really all that debilitating in most cases, and certainly not here, with Craig. The title, voiceover and description is insulting to those of us spastics who know better — which is, dare I say it, all of us. I'm sick and tired of the heroic/tragic dichotomy bullshit, because that's what it is, no matter how well-meaning it may be. It's old hat and must be dispensed with. ASAP.

This video is for anyone who just "doesn't feel like going to the gym", or thinks its "just too hard". Fuck that! Thank God that you have a body that works like it should and that you have the ability to do what you want, when you want. Anytime I'm having a bad day, I compare my life to that of a paraplegic, and I think "damn my life is pretty freakin good!" Remember, its all relative...your worst day is someone elses best.
