They suck, they advertise used games as "new games" & customer service? psshhh for get about it. They are 100% a rip off business that only cares about that penny you give them. I bought a so called "new" L4D2 that was perfectly wrapped & when i got home i opened it & turned the disk around only to find out that the disk had scratches all over it, so i took it back & they told me that they could buff it out.. its a "NEW GAME" This business, if thats what you want to call it, is 100% BULL SHIT
