I'm tired of all of these "too fast", "too slow" comments on YouTube. There is more than one way to perform a piece of music well. This choir sang beautifully and musically, just as there are slower recordings which are equally beautiful. "Too fast" means the choir can't stay together, can't sing musically, or the harmonies muddle due to the acoustics. This was none of those.
the tempo develops and goes by with the emotion ... sorry but it ain't fast (^_^)

I could use a little more bass two. That's just my opinion.

Too fast? The piece is written with 2 minim beats in the bar, and the indication 'con moto maestoso'.
