Why would anyone buy the new model for 10 BPH? I have no idea, be a man buy the older model with low miles and spend the 10 grand you save on the engine and have a much better car lol

Because it's a lot more than 10bhp. Due to the new SAE regulations the older engines actually make about 25bhp less. That, and the fact that they rev much lower would make me go for the new one.

Older models also have some problems that Nissan fixed with the newer ones.

The 300ZX TT is actually faster than the 350Z. It was proven by Top Gear.
