I agree with most people that it would be better without the metronome. When Freddie played it, he accelerated and slowed down all the time. But still, you play very well. I've learned to play this one too, I think that we used the same sheet music...

maybe its just the metronome, but this song is played methodically, no doubt you played it really well but somehow it felt like there just wasnt so much feeling, just timing and i do play piano so im not just somebody bitching, i liked it but i think maybe you should emphasis more notes and change the dynamics a little eg. hard/soft loud/ quiet, other than that keep up the good work :D

You're prtty good by ear. I'm terrible by ear. If you are going to learn anything about music, learn key signatures. Once you find out what key signature a song is, you know the majority of notes that are supposed to be played in the song.

It does illustrate Freddie's amazing abilities with chords and melodies...I think he put chords together as well as anyone ever in pop music...he knew every trick in the book..

It really lacks the emotion of the original for sure. You gotta just let the notes go like how they feel. There's no set time like that metrenome you got ticking in the background; when it's Freddie, it comes from within :p

ehi elizabeth hallo. Be sure that this song is not very difficult to play. I'm not a piano player, I'm only playing guitar and bass. To learn this song I have taken the guitar pro version of the song as base. This version is not very correct, but is a good base to start. After I've taken the original instrumental version of the song and by ear I've searched for exactly what Freddie played. So try in this way!

thank to all of you for your comments and suggestion. For sure you have reason about the metronome. Was a my mistake. I used it because I was learning the song in those days and I felt more sure with that. I put the level at the lower point, but unluckly the click was still loud! Next time I'll not use it!!! :)))
