@Kirill12341 Metro 2033 was made in the ukraine I believe and its actually somewhat similar to this game. And I absolutely love metro 2033 its one of my favorites.

@Kirill12341 Im sorry but I cant really understand what you're saying. But have you played Metro 2033? It's pretty similar to this in my opinion and I think both are great games. And most of my favorite games aren't even made in America many of those are pretty substandard FPS games.

i actually dont think the graphics are that bad at all.... infact the going into a pitch black abandon building with your flashlight out in this game has the most creepiest and yet amazing vibes i have ever seen.

They give smaller developers lower scores so they can give huge scores to buggy crappy games from the big companies and then pretend they are "fair reviewers". Notice how this game got downscored for bugs, and Fallout New Vegas, with more bugs, didn't?!

Reviewers just don't get it. Corridor shooters are made with a pre-made engine and are totally linear, which means easy to program with little in the way of bugs because of the engine (how bugged can the unreal engine be by now?!). But for open world non linear games, it's impossible as there are so many variables! this is why EVERY open world non linear game has needed patches! EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! So why reviewers still go on about it is beyond me!

Obviously that's true but it's no excuse when they release it the way it was released. We're not talking about a few bugs here and there... Vanilla clear sky is a huuuuuuuge mess.

But, the only reason why they can do it and still have good sales is because the core of the games is awesome and the modding community is so extremely dedicated. I'm still absolutely amazed at how well done the LURK mod for the first game is. And the Complete 2009 mod will come out for clear sky soon too..

Media review are one behind now. I.e Read Gamespot's review of Mass Effect 2 regarding Mass Efffect's diffidences!

can any one help me! i just bought the game i installed it and when i go to play it says insufficient privileges: you must be administrator when you run this application for the first time.

and then i go and run it in administrator and it says the same thing!

Hey :) Right before playing the game right click on the game and click 'RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR'.

Gameplay wise I'd give it a 9/10 - One score lessoned for the heat seeking grenade spam.

6/10 for presenation - SO MANY BUGS. The stream of bugs, even after these patches are so damned annoying, I have to reinstall about 3 times each time I want to play.

This game i worth playing if you were a fan of the the first stalker... It is not that buggy or/and glitchy now, i play on a vista 64 rig and there is practicly no bugs when i play. Just remember to have the latest patches.

Remember, it's only a few people that actualy likes this game. The atmosphere, zombies and zone. Not everyone takes great interest in this.

However, the graphics is stunning, with DX10 and a sunrise, you can stand there minutes staring. Textures are altso great and detalied, like a brick wall, actually looks like real bricks. Back to topic, 6/10 was a fair review, due to the high level of glitches and bugs. As said before, this game is for those that enjoys the thrilling atmosphere and setting.
