I play this song on Rock Band 1 and I dont get pain in my legs after this song...It's not so damn hard...Its only the legs that hard to get in.

Go to the extras menu in Rock Band 1 after getting the latest XBL title update and there's an option in there, you just have to have 400 microsoft points.
