This is how i look at it, Mafia had an amazing story line and draged me right in, the end was extreamly sad but Tommy had to do somthing in the sake of his family that is what made this game so great in my mind Tommy was a family man just like Don Corleone said: A man who doesn't spend time with his family can never be a real man."

I think I the only one ho love mafia 2 is was best game of 2010 with red dead for me I love the story of struggling Vito to find a way to be rich and then fall like a real gangster on the end it was so good I never play game like this the same way I was feeling about mafia 1 when I play mafia I feel so like gangster is a shame no one feel kike me about this game I guess friend ship anit worth shit in the end in mafia 1 and 2 right:( I hope some bode see it :( I sure do:(

man! MAFIA 1 is an epic and legendary game! it has such beautiful story, such beautiful theme songand such beautiful characters! if it had the grahics of mafia 2 (which is a piece of crap even at the graphics, but a lot better than THE CITY OF LOST HEAVEN) it was the best gangsters game ever! thumbs up for TOMMY! thumbs up for the SALIERI CRIME FAMILY!

People say that mafia 2 is bad , but it acomplished a very great thing

- lots of people had no idea that there were some "mafia " until mafia2 came out.

mafia 2 made lots of these people start to play the older (and better) mafia.

I 1st played mafia the city of lost heaven in 2003 and i am glad they made a sequel ,even though its not as good as the first one.

@paunstefan1 Yeah, I just finished Mafia 2 myself and I gotta say the story comes off short. The story was nice, maybe even on the same level as the first but it all happened just a bit too fast. Mafia 1's story was long and maintained a smooth feel.

Grand Theft Auto never was as serious and realistic as this game and that's why Mafia is the best game of all time! SPOILERS, ITS A 1000 YEAR OLD GAME ANYWAY!

To sum it all up, Salieri used Tommy and Paulie to steal the diamonds from the truck, claiming the crates were full of cigars. Paulie was angry at being used by Salieri, so he organised a bank heist and asked Tommy to help, which he agreed to do.

Salieri found out about the bank heist and, annoyed that he didn't recieve a cut from Paulie and Tommy, ordered the hit on them and ordered the money to be taken. Thanks to the char. limit, I have to stop here

But really what was with the sawn-off shotgun gangsters? Hit a gangster car in free ride and there was nothing worse than having a one come out of the car... and unless you killed him straight after he got out or if you were in the Black Metal 4WD you would be scared shitless by them.They can fire up to 8(YES 8 I COUNTED)Shells before needing to reload.
