Why do you say that, I thought that the Government run Public Option was the direct route to Socialist Universal Care?. Unless the Insurance companies, hospitals, medical unions, & government regulators have already hammered out a slow move toward national standarts similar to a formal Socialist Health Care system. That lack of clear information is the one that leads to political manipulation by all radical sides of the debate. The whole bill should be scrapped & started over next year.

Or do you prefer an old fashioned direct and to the point Hitler/Stalin/Roosvelt type politician which all the political controversy attached to it. Either way the people lose as special interest and the well to do take over the direction of the country thanks to apathy.
