People loose their homes every summer in California from wild fires. Are they refugees? You can never be a refugee in your own country. If you think different, your ignorant.

@robslimm no but you can be a refugee from your own city and home.. call me ignorant it dont bother me... yeah bush sent help over sea's to rebuild shit he blew up... he should've stopped blowing shit up and using our money to rebuild it.. instead heshould've helped the victims more... that was one of the biggest natural disasters in the U.S. history
