  • U fly in Allen.

  • You wouldnt happen to fly in a rainbow colored shute would you?I was bank fishing lavon off of 380 last week or so and it might have been you I saw

  • My colors are blue, white and red. There are at least 10 PPCers in a regular basis around The Lake Lavon. I am the only one with a single seat unit. ALl others are 2 seaters.

    Thanks for watching.

  • i haven't flown a paraglider since 1993 (only 25flights) but why are you calling them PPC (Powered ParaChute) rather than a PPG (Powered ParaGlider) as it should never in a "Parachutage" situation?

Nice video, I need to get back into it. Thanks for uploading.

  • I am so very jealous!

  • I hope you have your water wings on

    :)

  • I know what you mean. Most of the time, when flying over water, i try to be at gliding distance to the shore

  • I fly PPC too. What GPS setup are you using?

  • I use a Garmin E-trex Legend Cx. I fly with the compass screen most of the time. 4 fields: VS, GS, ALT and ETA. Alt and VS are not barometric, but unit has WAAS with 3 ft accuracy, I also have a barometric altimeter, both most of the time within 15 ft from each other.

  • Thanks much. I really like the bright screen over the Garmin E-trex backlit LCD legend I'm using now.
