-.-!! Obvio que con el mouse es mas rapido, pero el escencia de las laptop TX es para ser usada como UNA TABLE PC esa es su funcion primordial, claro la funcionalidad del touch usada como una Laptop de escritorio es nula pero usada como table es muy beneficiosa.

Yo tengo una TX y la uso como table cuando deseo ir por ahi haciendo anotaciones en ella.

touch screens on computers for the most part is a stupid idea. what is the point of it? i can get everything done faster and more accurately without getting finger prints all over my screen if i use a mouse. the on-screen keyboard? why? there is a real keyboard 3 inches below that does not block your view and is easier to type on, especially compared to a flimsy laptop screen.

yeah its a very known driver issue.. i think is cuz the new n trig driver is just like that they might fix it soon or just get the older ones

I'm not an apple fanboy nor anything, but you can't talk that way, everything apple does they put the soul in, everything must be perfect.. and they do it well, I have the tx2 and my school friend has an iphone, man, we can't compare the interface, iphone is by far more intuitive =\

hey i saw on microsoft website that windows 7 requires a 128MB graphic card for the aero interface but i c that aero is working good on the tx2 and it only have 64MB for that graphics thing, does tht mean it doesnt matter if its 64M or 128MB? and can u also please tell me if you had to re-install any hardware or software after installing windows 7?,,,,thanks.

Well, it depends how much overall RAM is included on the computer. More or less RAM can be allocated in the BIOS, depending on how much you have.

I have 8GB of memory on my tx2 and i actually allocate 1gb of memory for graphics

There is a option to enable multitouch? I've been trying to use multiple fingers in Paint but it just don't work and system info says :" Pen and Single Touch Input Available"... Windows 7 RC Udpated install from Windows Vista.

They are the same model. HP uses "z" for their AMD notebooks and since the tx2 only comes in AMD right now, it really doesn't make any difference. HP uses both as well for the same notebook.

The fan certainly sounds louder than most other Tablets we've seen, but not too bad actually. Like any AMD notebook, the HP runs hotter than many Intel notebooks, but it won't burn you or gets too hot to an alarming degree.

I hear a lot of people complaining on forums that it is very hard to read. However, watching this video makes me feel perhaps its just an exaggeration, from what I could see from this video it is very readable and the colors look decent.

Some folks really were peeved when HP switched early on to the matte display and I think that led to the dramatic rants on some forums. Yes, text is easy to read and the colors are very good- very competitive with other tablets on the market. I think the problem was the first gloss batch looked much sharper than the average tablet (similar to the TouchSmart desktop), which raised expectations.
