  • Celia, this is an amazing performance for your age, excellent! You must be 15 or 16 years old now and I bet you are a great pianist now. Thanks for sharing.

  • She's really lucky to have a nice piano and lots of time to study! I have a keyboard, and I hardly get to use I piano during the week....

  • shows hours of studying but the performance is completely devoid of emotion

  • I played you for my baby when I was pregnant. She still likes you. :)

  • beautiful execution!!! go girl

  • She is really talented.

  • So good!!!!

  • great playing...this is a REALLY nice nterpretation for a girl your age!!

BUT, as some people questioned before, this girl does not attend regular schooling, so she does have more time to practice, answering the questions about a "normal" little girl's life. therefore it is very difficult to attain this level of playing at such a young age without an adjusted schedule, leaving some hope to people who just practice on the side! HOWEVER, very well done!!! bravo!!!

  • your thumbs in the beginning are too loud. anyone can play this piece but only some people can bring life and feeling into it

  • put down your elbows plz ...can't phrasing correctly with that technique...

  • You're style of playing is a lot different from those of a lot of other pianists (myself included) First of all, I interpret the beginning slightly slower as a "slow walking pace" rather than a "jog." I also think you press the keys a bit too heavily. A piano is a medium through which one can express their emotions. This piece contains several. Take advantage of that. I also use the pedal to create a bit of a "dramatic" effect. Also, careful not to rush. Great Job overall!

  • I played this in 5th grade. It's really a great piece! Sounds harder than it is :)

  • @gyurchev Yes, it looks so daunting but it's actually not so daunting

  • Clap your hands everybody!

  • she's really suck.

  • you play too strong, this play must be played more piano PIANO! and, for you does the ligatures exist?. The technique is not too bad, but personally, i thonk you move too your hands up and down. But it's obvious that you've studied much for play it. Improve these small failures :) and it ll be perfect ;)

  • Well done for learning this piece off by heart- however I feel you have put no feeling into this piece. Your hands are too heavy, it makes this piece sound angry instead of beautiful and heavenly. Good luck.

  • 2:12 - 2:18

This, in contrast, just made my life look so insignificant... You have quite the future, Celia!

  • very beautiful girl!

  • she plays too aggressive and too quick

  • very nice for her age. barely any tecnique but thats not expected at 10 years old. very nice for how much progress she has made with her hand movement

  • Hi im having a hard time playing this part: 0:43 any suggestions, so i Can improve myself

  • @theEinsteinable Take it one measure at a time, one hand at a time. Play it as many times in a row so that it's really engraved in your brain. Then try hands together, very slowly. Go as slowly as you need so theres no mistakes. Then gradually speed it up!

  • 102 ppl are jealous

  • ITS OK, WHEN YOU LOOK TEHNIQE, BUT ITS NOT WHAT IS SEARCHED IN THIS COMPOSITION

  • its incredible. its so beautiful

  • best piano piece ever...luv Mozart, and this performance is just stunning

  • BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!

  • This is partially decent compared to the amount of 9 year olds I have seen that are already in grade 10... quite decent overall. Try working on the accents and speed, as well as the deep/loud touch on the first notes of each phrase.

  • Wowzah!! You ARE really good!!!

  • I did subscribed! Good played and also recorded! =-)

  • Brava honey. That was beautiful. Very clear and crisp at the end. Its always nice to see a child learning and appreciating music.

  • VERY well played. Should put music in front of you just to keep your eyes off the keys. That was awsome!!!

  • @smallblockdemon you're not giving a speech where you need to make eye contact. I'd love to see someone play this piece without looking at the keys. I've been playing for 15 years and there is only one piece I can play without looking at the keys and that's because I've been playing for nearly 10 years now (its a comfort piece that starts my practice with).

  • Wow you are amazing!!!!! Ignore all of the bad coments on this because if you put work into this you could have a future!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!! = )

  • isn't lines 1-11 supposed to be andante? or am i at fault D:

  • nicely done

  • I love your videos ^^ good job :) continue :D

  • where i can find the score??

  • @IlidaCullen imslp.org/wiki/Fantasia_in_D_minor,_K.397/385g_(Mozart,_Wolfgang_Amadeus)

  • @Politan182 Oh... Thank you very much..!!!

  • amazing how she can memorize all this!

how long has she been playing?

  • where is the f or p the voice is too big in some parts

  • Its wonderful!

  • this girl is amazing she plays really well, especially becasue she's 10 years old !! i like playing the fantasy, even though im not as good as her :)

but little emotion cannot hurt anybody

  • I really like the fantasy, it has a beautiful introduction in the minor key, and then a faster 2nd part. You play it really well, congratulations!

  • what grade is this piece?

  • @2:09 watch her hands! WOW!!!!!

  • its really beautiful :)

  • Brava suoni bene davvero

On zmienił by wszystko.. a grasz cudeńko ;**

  • Everyone: please note that the title of this video includes the word "Practice." Not "Performance."

  • she has a feel for classical music

  • Now she's 14 years old. They grow up fast. (I'M 9 THOUGH AND SAYING THAT)

  • Uuuurgh! I loathe, yet deeply admire kids like this. I'm 13 and am nothing compared to this. But what annoys me, is that, like here, the good people swing their arms and elbows all over the place. I get it if ur doing a long run or something, but when going from D to F, u don't really need to.

  • Wunderschone Musik! She has much talent.

  • Eres un robot jajaja!! muy bueno

  • well it's good, but...I feel some kind of "too loud" on some parts and not enough emotion... well it's what I think anyway^^ I can play it too, and guess what? I didn't ever know this piece before my teacher gave it to us.

  • I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but try to put more volume change into it. Some part were louder than others, but mostly the whole piece had the same tone.

    Just my advice.

  • just a slight mistake i think...

on the second part, i think u played just a bit too fast?

  • @lccansmd I agree. It's supposed to be fast but not so fast that you can't tell the notes apart.

  • lawl FAKE :P she doesnt looks like a girl look in her face ! shes looking like an ill woman ..

  • @Dpl8body LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL especially at the last part when she looks at the camera.

  • fuck meeeee youre so good

  • how old are you ??

  • :O and this is just PRACTICE...i wanna grow up to be like her lol =] but no really

  • Very nice playing Celia!!! An Amazing Artist you already are :) Hope the brightest future for you, god bless your gifts and soul .

  • Wow soooo I feel stupid now, I'm 14 and learning this and having difficulties even WITH the sheet music and then this kid comes along and steals the show. Good job! You're a very technically sound player, I would just put some more emotion into it. But other than that its absolutely amazing!

  • omg she is like (looks) six-eight that is so damn amazing to memorize this piece and play it! and this is like pretty difficult piece

  • Superlativa eccezionale sto studiando anch'io questo meraviglioso pezzo non vedo l'ora di finirlo

  • it's really good but i find it a little fast paced. The song should have alot more legato and also be a little bit slower but other then that it's really good

  • Very good, she just needs to put a lot more emotion into it. The dynamics are all wrong.

  • You are so talanted! Well done!!!

  • No sheet music? Who made you to memorise that hole piece? It's a crime ! Your mind should be clean. You need to read the sheets to avoid overcharging your mind !

  • Lol I'm learning this song and I'm 15 I feel so outsmarted loool cute kid she's REALLLLYYYYY good :)

  • Comment removed

  • I do have to agree with some of you. The fact that some kids this young can actually play these pieces very well, makes me wonder what kind of childhood and social life they have. I would assume almost none and that a majority of their free time is spent practicing which is very sad.

  • @pooh42682 Sorry, honey, I'm 15 and I've played all the Mozart Fantasias, go to a Performing Arts high school for piano, practice 2-4 hours a day, and have the biggest and best social life. You don't have to be weird to be phenomenal at an instrument...

  • i feel so bad for this kid, she's probably home schooled and has little of a social life, when i was ten i was playing those two page songs from the lesson book, i pity her although she is very very good, i pity her

  • @rustyrobot20 u cant just JUDGE some1 like that after listening to them play a piano piece thats really good- maybe she just has TALENT

  • I dont really like the interpretation, it should be too much more sweet, leggato, piano, slow and the part in 1:29 faster

  • Very Impressive runs. And yes, I agree. Kids who can outplay me, constantly brings me down. Lol

  • @xDissonancex haha me too sometimes. I'm 12 and been playing for 3 years, some kids younger then me have been playing for about 4 and are so much better then me.

  • What´s wrong with the people that dislike this video?? I think it´s amazing...

  • Very talented! You will go far!

  • well done.:) don\t listen to others what they say here or too peoples that choose dislike. they are just haters, you can find them even in great pianists:) keep it up:)

  • Amazing! Cheer up! I through Horowitz to find you. Just find your music and fun.

  • don't like this interpretation. there should be more emotion!

  • A M A Z I N G ! loved it!

  • Fantástica¡¡¡¡

  • Hate watching little kids play pieces like this it makes me feel like a loser...

  • Comment removed

  • @BlackCloud21509 Yet, I can't stay away.... :D

  • @BlackCloud21509 Yea i feel like a looser but not cause she a kid cause i cant play period she can shurly read and right sheets and well i basically cant so thats pretty much it and i cant move up and down so fast so what can i say pretty much looser alert here but forget me she is talented ill find something im good at someday right now i cant figure that out yet

  • The beginning is way to fast. In my book the beginning is Andante, 2nd is Adagio, and 3rd is Allegreto. The scales were great. 3:50 to 4:00 you should check your rhythm.

  • The beginning is way to fast. In my book the beginning is Andante, 2nd is Adagio, and 3rd is Allegreto.

  • Mozart would be proud!

  • youtube makes people watching fun... this girl is sooo talented.

  • its ok to do that with your elbow in compositions where there is not manu notes. at 1:13 you play prokofiev... you should make some dinamic. for example you do chrescendo on that one repetition tone.

  • Beautiful girl, beautiful piece and beautiful piano. What anymore can we ask for?

  • what kind of piano is the delightful pianist playing on?

  • pretty good.

  • So admirable :) It's close to Mozart I hear few resemblances :)

    You are great girl :)

  • WOW

  • I'm twice her age and I can't play this piece as well as she could. lol

you're a talented little girl. Well done :)

  • very nice! beautifully done.. bravo!

  • forte where piano and piano where forte...but ok in all

  • she had good playing ability, but she doesnt follow dynamics or tempo. its supposed to be much quieter and slower at the beginning. but other than that. and she is ten. so good job.

  • Wow o_o That was amazing xD I'm just jealous at you're talent. You are great!

  • hello please tell me how long it took her to perfect and learn this song ?

  • you dolts. the music was written with emotion; it should be played with emotion.

but i don't understand what you want out of this girl. she's very young and clearly hasn't been playing for long, simply judging by the piece chosen. i feel that she did in fact put a good bit of feeling into the music. she looked like she was trying with great fervor and concentration to focus on getting everything right simultaneously. it's difficult. everyone has room for improvement...

  • @helloslinkyfish i agree with you %10000 precent. young kids should not play such serious songs. it require much feeling and emotion that young kids dont understand at there age.

  • @hco4af Humm, I think we can blame the teacher on that though. The teacher could at least tell her not to pound and to play piano and forte at certain points. That does not need emotion, just direction. The emotion can come later.

  • Comment removed

  • @helloslinkyfish Totally agree. And btw, shes only 10 years old!! Its amazing to play like this at the age of 10!!

  • @helloslinkyfish EXACTLY. She's done very well. No need to be critical, she's done a great job and is probably watching all this feedback here too.

  • i like your playing

  • Wow, I'm speechless. I definitely wasn't expecting that from her. Perhaps our public schools would be a tad better if rap wasn't the music of choice, and this took it's place, hmm?

  • Ugh. She's was 10 when she did this for Christs sakes, what does it matter if she doesn't have the 'emotion' or put her heart into it. She still did the number beautifully, so who cares and if you have complaints then go watch someone who has more 'emotion' and 'feeling' while they're playing this piece. 10/10, this was lovely.

  • Why does she moves her arms so much. That's not economical.

  • @einarabelc5 Because it's how SHE plays, not how you want her to play.

  • I'm with AndyJB2005, I almost thought it was bad due to no emotion. I really just wanted to stop listening. She is very very accurate on her notes and rhythms though. It was still boring, because of the accuracy. It's really obvious she practices hours upon hours on hitting every note perfectly, and she looks bored. If your hearts not in it, neither is the crowd.

  • Technically wonderful, spot on notes. However, entirely too fast and no emotion what-so-ever. Try to teach her that music is more than playing on the page, okay?

  • I'm about to learn this...how long did it take her to learn? and how many years has she been playing?

  • @ahhlehx My brother took 3 weeks after 9 months of playing.

  • Incredible

  • Excellent technique. I followed the thumbnail and noticed the piano has an intricate music desk. After a quick search, I discovered that it is a Vogel, probably the 177 judging by the nice sound, in the Royal style. Cool :)

  • Thanks :)

The piano is a Grotrian 160 - Clara Schumann style

  • Hahaa if you were ten back then Im taking that your around 14 now?

    Great job regardless.

  • Nice pedal /sarcasm

  • Excellent! Thanks for the beautiful music.

  • she play well,

I play this fantasie too and I don't find it easy. I have been playing piano for 9 years I think that for this age, it's verry good, it's just her touch that's too strong but it could be the registering material., she's verry talented. How long did she play? She should have begun verry young.

PS- scuse my english, I'm french

  • Wow, definitely better than the crappy version I have posted at the moment (still learning it). Actually, I like this more than many of the professional versions uploaded to youtube.

I could make a couple of minor observations but will restrict myself to saying that in the section beginning at 1:27 (and its subsequent appearance in g minor) you have to be careful not to give it an almost tango-like sound. (2DRYH's performance takes this to the extreme.) But well done indeed.

  • I'm learning this piece as well. She's better than me, and I'm sure she is certainly going to be better than I will ever be. I wish I were lucky enough to have started at her age. She can be WAY faster than I am, without stumbling.

Even though I think a bit more pedaling and releasing notes more slowly would make it better, this is awesome, and it does have feeling! The happy ending sounds flawless to me, though I haven't played it yet...

    Very talented. Keep it up!

  • Well, most of you said that it needs more "feeling"... And this is considerably sad, right? Most probably, she hasn't felt real pain and sorrow yet... And that's how it should be.... Personally I believe that the "happy" parts are better played than the "sad" ones.... But for such a young girl it's just perfect... (what an amazing technique!)

    Good luck!

  • fantastic

  • Amazing!

  • Holy shiz... I didn't expect her to play the fast parts correctly. Very well done.

  • correct breaks and generally temp and rhythm

And pure child feel to Mozart.

    !!!!!!!!!!

  • Yowsers. Whata machine!!! Phenom.

  • I had to learn and memorize this song my senior year in high school and I loved to play it. It is such a beautiful piece and I love this performance of it. I know when I played it there were parts here and there that tended to play faster...so it is still a little odd to hear those parts slowed down.

  • geez... this makes me sick... technically flawless... she plays alot more accurately then me and ive been learning for 10 years.

  • lol What a look at the end

  • Let me just get this for you, keep at it

  • wonderful, keep going and keep practicing. You do not have to show "emotion" to play piano. I can't stand all the rounding and flailing, it's so forced and irritating.

  • awesome

  • Actually a fairly awful rendition.

  • Comment removed

  • This comment made me lol so much. Thank you. xD

  • more emotion would have made this excellent. im learning this noww.

  • i know what you mean... how are you learning it, if you have sheets, could you send them to me

  • very good just slow down...act like its your last song you will ever play...i know your young so you cant relate it to losing a love.but play with a thought of the piano needing you ....

  • Impressive technique for someone so young. But I think a little less "Horowitz" in her playing might be advisable. A person with their emotions just ripening can interpret things with such charm and natural innocence, that to play things so techniquely controlled is not the best fruit of a child's playing, or any artist's playing. This girl still has an intuition that comes through despite her probably strict formal training. Brava!

  • im doing this peice for a uil solo

  • My God, she's amazing! Not perfect in dynamics and tempo, but still - look at her age!!!

  • you're just wonderfully talented! i play this piece right now myeslf but wow, not as nearly as good as you... yet :) !

  • very good

  • wow!

    thats so awesome.

I can't belive, that you could do the part on 2:10

  • looks very real to me

i didn't know people that age could play a song like that with little fingers

    well done

    very good

  • Are you blind? You're either commenting on the wrong video, your processor sucks, your ears suck, you're a bad troll, or you're trying to make a joke over the internet.

Either way, your comment was unfunny.

  • Doode, I play this piece. Her fingers ARE in the right place.

  • Well, considering the fact that she's playing the RIGHT NOTES and the audio is perfectly in sync anyone who even has the slightest amount of brain power could add two and two together to see that she obviously is playing this.

  • Wow, great to see talented kids like this, nice! I like this piece very much

You guys should watch your language over here, have you no shame?

  • watch your dynamics and not too fast.

  • You know they only put the age to boast. You don't see 40 year old people putting their age.

  • Wow! You're a very talented girl.

  • never mind what these people say

you have shared a very nice talent

    thank you

  • You should seriously listen to MathGenius888, I studied piano for 3 years and I'm a fucking noob compared to him. Very good, but be careful when you're making huge transitions(octaves) across the keyboard.

  • Beau, mais lui a besoin de plus de sentiment.

    Exactly !

  • i bit smashy but pretty good :)

you have good "lift" for a 10 y/o

most over pedal it- especially when playing mo
