  • My work situation is extremely stressful at times because I'm on my own and have to serve so many people who come through the door. I haven't been taking passionflower very long but I'm noticing a mild sedative effect which is great. It helps reduce my anxiety.

  • You're awesome!

  • Which brand of passionflower did you buy? Was on Lexapro and Clonazepam but both made me into a zombie- and completely unmotivated. I eventually waned myself off Lexapro and now am trying to wean myself off Clonzaepam. I've tried Lemon Balm and Theanine. The Lemon Balm works sometimes and the Theanine worked for a while but then seemed to worsen my panic attacks. At times I feel like there is a lump in my throat and that I can't swallow and that if I try to swallow I won't be able to breathe.

  • Wiping out and hitting the water hard can do inner ear damage, small to saver vertigo and that also cause anxiety.

  • serotonin receptors

  • Are your lungs OK also?

You sound like you've got heavy heavy asthma.

  • @imalwayswatchingu00 seems like he is experiencing some pretty bad anxiety actually in the video.

  • @jetripplef Wow, if you say that I feel sorry for this guy, that anxiety sounds terrible.

My anxiety just makes me need to lay on my back and breathe slowly 'cause I feel like I can't breathe, he actually sounds terrible, poor guy.

  • Huh? I get everything you described, every now adn then.

I call it derealization/depersonalization, didn't think of it as anxiety, but it is anxiety related, so I guess it is.

  • sounds like you had depersonalization

  • I know Iv left 2 comments already, however, I just thought Id add that life for me feels like a computer game. Bit randome but thats probably the best way I can explain how I feel on a day to day basis. Nothing feels real its just like you say you know things are happening but your just in a day dream and can't snap out of it!

  • @nealey2k7 hate that feeling, I always found myself staring at people that walked passed me, because I felt as if I wasn't their, just like I was in a lucid dream.

    Derealization/depresonalization sucks.

  • ...When I have an attack I get a sharp feeling in my solor plexus and can breathe out easily enough but when I try to take a breath in its like I have something bear hugging me to stop the air from going into my lungs, the sharp pain gets worse and it litterally feels like im going to die, very scary... I always have trouble breathing normally aswell. Hard to catch a breath at the best of times, kinda like you sounded in the vid mate. Please let me know if I can buy passion flower in the UK

  • I've had anxiety for about 2 years but only got told a year ago. I used to smoke weed and I think that was the number 1 cause... I get palpertations and if I ever have any off a joint now I notice my heart beating very fast and that sets the panic attacks off, the worst thing is though you cant just shake the stoned feeling off so the anxiety gets worse hence why I don't smoke normal tobacco or weed anymore. I live in the UK and would love to know if I can get this passionflower here??

  • I've had anxiety for a few years and also use Passionflower tea and it's great. Another helpful thing is to go to a breathing specialist, there will be one at your local hospitals' physiotherapy unit. The way you breath is closely linked with other things and they gave me some great exercises to do everyday and i haven't had a panic attack in about 6months now. You have to retrain yourself to breath properly, so thorugh your nose and so that your lower stomach expand.

  • I've had panic attacks and depersonalization episodes on and off for over 20 years. This past week they came on suddenly again from out of the blue. I've been on an antidepressant (Celexa) for 3 years and doing well, but this recent attack has set me back. I'm going to try passion flower and see if that helps. Is there a particular brand that you recommend? Thanks for sharing your story.

  • Thank you so much for posting this. I have horrible anxiety. An over whelming feeling of impending doom, for no reason at all. It's no way to live. Im completely in a haze and i have no control over it. I feel like im a zombie or something. I was diagnosed with my anxiety disorder when i was 13. So ive dealt with it for a LONG time. Its a miserable, miserable feeling. Im going to look into this passion flower stuff, thank you so much!

  • thanks for posting buddy, hope all is good man

  • Hey bro! Check out the book by Julia Ross called "MOOD CURE"...it will change your life..mark my words...a more natural approach to your problems,..hope you get better man

  • 1 is being out of weed. jst get some lorazepam it worksgreat.

  • i feel like im in a box thats closing in on me and i cant breath (like a fish out of its bowl). I also get alittle dizzy and sweaty palms, shakyness, and worry for no reason. I also get the feeling that you described at 6:12. I smoked some weed when I had my worst anxiety attack, I didnt care about getting caught I just wanted some relief!!

  • And they both work, each plant just has a distinct personality. Plus Valerian has caused some users to have night terrors and really lucid dreaming, I just dreamt my landlord came into my house for the rent and I body slammed her! That was the best dream ever. I hope that happens in real life:)LOL!

  • The great thing about passionflower is that there are really no side effects, Valerian has side effects for real. Both heal frazzled nerves but Passion Flower mends and heals the nerves flawlessly. As where Valerian seems to bring out all of your fears out of your subconscious, so that while it is healing your nerves, you actually have to confront your fears, which can be done but not mixed with alcohol, I can't say it enough, I will usually use passionflower at night and Valerian during the day

  • Satanic voice micmicking my thoughts and laughing at me, my blanket flew off in the middle of the night. It was insane. But without mixing alcohol, it's completely safe!

  • I have two vines that are in bloom most of the year at my house. I was and have just taken Valerian which is great! Except that Valerian played a crazy trick on me one night I will never forget, Let's just say, never drink alcohol, beer, wine nothing and then take a Valerian, It will be insane, trust me, don't do it, I got paralysis, heard some

  • how much passion flower do you take per day ?

  • i feel exausted watching this , geez catch ur breath

  • @pmcmasterfunk21

what you are describing is exactly what i have right now. i had my first day at a new job. and had to leave because i completely flipped out. i will buy the passion flower tommorow on the way to work. (which im now crapping myself about) but f this works. i owe you a beer, or herbal tea or whaever it is that you drink! :)

  • If i leave this comment...Will you cry??

  • Thank you for this video. You explained how you feel better than I've ever been able to.. being concious, but finding it difficult to be with it.

I'm going to give passion flower a go and hopefully I'll have positive results as well. :-)

  • Good video. I think your experiencing depersonalization, when driving. I also have panic attacks.

  • Great vid. Thank you for the information

  • Yeah, i suspect it might be related to the brain circullation(hydration). Check out watercure2 org . go to testimonials/anxiety-depression section. Perhaps it could help U.

  • I've had feelings similar to what you are describing. I've taken passion flower pills too. You were in chlorine alot i'm guessing. Hemp foods might help. Valerian is stronger than passionflower in my opinion. Cannabis might help too.

  • What you're describing sounds like depersonalization. Look it up maybe?

  • @Nerv86

    I agree

  • Thanks for this video :) I started suffering from anxiety my junior year in college. It really came out of nowhere, took over my life, and made me feel crazy. After taking lexapro for a year, I decided I didn't want anything to do with prescription drugs anymore. They take away all feeling, not just anxiety. Now that I am off of it, I have been looking for an alternative. I went and bought some passion flower today! I hope it will help me. Didn't have tablets, just liquid but should be same!
