Man i always hate it when bands i like break up, like Coal Chamber, but at least they had major musical disputes which led them apart. it sucks that Fear Factory broke up cuz of personal issues. That being said, i'm really impressed with Gene's drumming on the new record and i love it.

I agree. They need to put whatever happened aside and get back to making some awesome music. He described it perfectly, "a legal pissing contest."

Awesome. Interesting interview. Looks like the whole legal battle thing is pretty much a huge misunderstanding between both parties. Looks like the guys need to really sit down and have a real long discussion on things. Personally, I find band conficts to be vain and shallow because nobody really wins, a lot of time is wasted and there is a loss of focus on what's really important which is the music. So honestly, I'm not taking sides.

@Chuloloc Thank you for the intelligent comment actually related to the content of the video. A lot of people who actually take time to respond usually write "you have boobs" or some such nonsense. So I really appreciate it. I also totally agree that taking sides is pointless and band drama takes away from the music. I am a huge Fear Factory fan and just want to see good music being made. I tried to remain as neutral as possible and I was able to also interview Burton shortly after this one.

According to Dino, Ray did do something. Dino says Ray had an affair with Christian's wife(who was also the bands manager at the time). Make what you will of that.
