This was a very very bad time for both Georgia and Abkhazia. In the beginning of the vid you can see Red Cross cars. The situation was so bad, that people were literally starvind to death. The Red Cross at that time made an unprecedented move - they opened soup kitchens in the region. Every time I listen to an old man speaking at 3:09 it makes me cry. I feel guilty somehow, though I was very young when this happened.
