LOL! :D helmet = 69 " tighten or losen the nut". " make sure they fit comfortably and that they're the appropriate size, in order to properly fit yourself".
"these slide on 2 diffrent ways".
"when you put it on it should be snug, it should NOT move front or back, it should fit perfectly. IF its to loose then you need to try a size smaller".
" make sure your strap is right, it should not hang down at all" "If you have a lose strap, its not going to do anything 2 help you but hurt you."
