I think that the warm lighting from the (lamp?) was better than this white light.

The white light makes you look pasty. Not a bad thing though. Fresher I guess, and younger.

The voice? Sounds good.. I never liked Christina Aguilera that much, but I don't dislike her. It's a good song in and of itself.

~ I looked at the throat to try to tell if it was real; it seems this girl is moving her pallet (and such) around to get the notes so it's not lip sync lolz (yay)

@SpyingEyesOfDoom The lights a 500 watt halogen and I am using the webcam on computer now rather than a camcorder as syncing the audio to video is easier that way. Its also HD. Just limits me on angle of camera. I love Christina but shes a hard act to follow. With time my voice will develop and strengthen.. and yes defo no miming lol.

I watched your first version and I was impressed, but you really have improved a lot since then. Miss Aguilera is a hard act to follow; she's just so good. I was happy to see you that you don't strive to sing it *exactly* like she did, but rather that you have found your own voice and you can phrase and embellish as you like, and the result is very entertaining. @MrPracticallyPerfect I agree Christina is hard to follow. And although she is my idol I like to make my songs different to the original as I find its 'not your own' if people copy exactly. It's a perfect cover vocally, but I can't believe I'm going to say this because you are so good; for me it lacked the emotion. I think in prioritising vocal correctness you lost the idea of the song a bit (had I heard this and no seen it I wouldn't have noticed). It's ok to make a vocal mistake when emotion is in the balance, that's what makes us human and relatable ;)

It is fascinating to look at you singing, gestures speak as much as your singing and displaying such a level of "emotions & feelings" is quite rare, that is one of the reasons why you are an outstanding singer.

On the other hand, recent takes leads to think you are anxious to upload, editing in the middle of a recording (song) is not "musically upright", it is like cutting the corners... You wouldn't do that "Live", would you? There is no rush, take time and practice until everything is right.

@jnyveslbl @jnyveslbl Firstly thank you for you constructive feedback. In many ways you are right and its pleasing to to see that someone recognises the difficulties that I encounter when I record. . I did about 6 takes on this and in the end l just preferred the beginning on one version and the end on another. All 6 takes were ok but your right perhaps I should have done another 6 and got it all good.

It is because they are hungry for gold, "talent" is not really what they are looking for. It is a deplorable plague throughout western hemisphere, that is a significant part of why I retired from music industry. I am sure with time YouTube will redefine the "schematics".
