I'm all for a debate on these issues and I think Irving makes some valid points but as far as I understand it, he is guilty (like many other historians I expect) of selecting evidence which fits his argument. If I was looking for the persons who were responsible for all the missing Jews as at 1945, I'd be thinking about Motive, Witnesses and Confessions. All 3 are pretty clearly covered in many thousands of books on WWII topics.

I'm all for a debate on these issues and I think Irving makes some valid points but as far as I understand it, he is guilty (like many other historians I expect) of selecting evidence which fits his argument. It is also not good to have a recommendation from Hugh Trevor-Roper - the man who was conned over the existence of the Hitler Diaries!

Actually, truth is the very antithesis of Irving's work.
The clip is from 1995, several years before Irving was discredited by Evans and others who were able to prove that he has been falsifying evidence throughout his career, thus making him an object of ridicule and totally destroying his credibility as a historian.

If you apply for a disability claim from an insurance company or, especially, the government, you have to PROVE you have been injured, REPEATEDLY. The insurance companies and government do not just "take your word for it" and never question you again. In 1983 I went through "the gas chambers" at Parris Island for the Marines.
They shaved our heads and doused us with a similar compound to zyklon B (an insecticide, not "humanicide") to kill lice ,which spreads typhus which is what killed most of those prisoners in those workcamps.
To me it is mindboggling that saying this in some countries can result in jail, that tells us of the extreme danger this group of people are to freedom of thought and actions.
This tribe created Bolshevism as well.

I have been to Germany 5 times, they are an extremely efficient bunch of people, had they wanted to "kill all the Jews" (as we've been lied to by the professional whiners), they would have succeeded in 3 days flat and there wouldn't have been a hundred thousand "holocaust survivors" in the US with tattoos on their arms.
What happened in the 40's was just the last of many evictions of Jews, not the first, nor the last.

@TerrySleeper You know, what got me first interested in this subject was a set of 6 encyclopedias printed in 1946, given to me by my grandfather. From as young as I can remember, I looked through these books and they are my most prized possesion to this day. SIX encyclopedias, covering each year of the war, and not a single mention of the holocaust.....
