  • this big guy at my school was doing like 500lb but couldnt get it and dropped it and for some reason he decided to put his hand on one of the safety bars and the weight crushed his hand.

  • Agreed on the feet position, using knee wraps, and the form. If you were planning to go to failure, perhaps ask for a spotter for assistance on that last rep. Otherwise good job kid.

  • dude u have ur feet slanted outward way to much, bad on the knees. try keeping ur feet pointing foward, lot better on ur knees. good deep squats though, try knee wraps since ur going really deep ass to grass and that is alot taxing on ur knees BRUGH
