Just google search Ubuntu it's the very top one I think.
And it's completly free (apart from the cost of the internet connection you need to download it) it is a big file so it may take some time to download but when it has you will need to follow some simple instructions off the site to burn the file you downloaded to a CD. Then just put the CD in a restart your PC.
