I'm there really often, because I'm from Leipzig, the city where Bill and Tom were born ;) in this area of Germany the people have an accent...they are mumbling all the time...that's just the accent. Bill can stop it, but on Tom you can notice it very often ^^ so I just understand him because I speak in the same way ^^ so don't be scared in Berlin the people speak really normal ^^
