@WildGunman77 I think it was more to do with the fact that they were really limited with the 8bit graphics.

I started playing this earlier. Those cats destroyed me. I had to go get the hard knuckle to be able to get past them.
And of course that's Top Man's weakness so that made him even easier. :D

Sounds like Spark Man. Getting to him is harder than fighting him

That's true. Without the Rush Jet, you can't get through the last part ascending blocks which lead you to the spiked ceiling.
