Well I do, when you charge as much as they do for simple media, you're going to have people willing to acquire it for free. Since these people downloading torrented files are not reproducing copyrighted materiel, no legal action can be taken against them. I am not against piracy, I would be perhaps if media could more easily be obtained.

@fingersticks74 Piracy isn't ruining PC gaming, companies are making consoles their primary target because more people seem to prefer the console. I'm guessing this is because any noob can play like a pro on a console because controllers are so stupidly simple to use plus with FPS you get aim assist (Which you don't get in PC). How many 12 year olds can rock the mouse and keyboard, very few (Which make for a more peaceful multiplayer experience). So in consequence PC gamers get console ports.
