Ralts wasnt hard to find for me at all, i have encountered it several times in this area. I did encounter a Seedot which i caught, now that was a really rare find for me i have been playing for hours and still have not encountered it again.

@playboi182 Same here. I found my sapphire and when i got to this area Ralts was either the 1st or second pokemon i encountered and I was able to catch it. Took less than 2 minutes to find it. I was verrryy lucky!

I've used 4 Repels, but couldn't find it, but when I when to search without the Repel, it appears in my 4th fight XD Its a female, and I named it Mandy XD

TIP to the people:

Make sure your lvl4 pokémon is fully healed/likes you. I'm not sure if it is related, but the first thing i bumped into after healing my lvl4 Lotad after 15 min 50 % hp failure, was a Ralts.

ralts was actually the first pokemon i found in that area later when i went back i found it again on my second encounter. and i didn't even know it was rare but caught them anyway so now i got a male ralts and a female one yay

trolololololololololololololol­ol this is not necessery i was just walking around the grass with my only pokemon mudkip in my party, without repel or whatever, and in 3rd battle ralts appeared, tackled it and cought it so yeah idk why u need all that stuff...
