Same...its really funny to look at their faces, though I do feel bad for them. I broke one once too...Not a pretty sight at all...also, the battery gets worse after a while...why do i keep typing "..."???

I just got a defective one too Kook3. And I AM very disappointed because tomorrow was the day i was going to have fun at work with mine. Now I'll have to spend extra time after work exchanging it. I'm very frustrated with the wasted time and delay.

i got one and it doesn't fly very well...even indoors..it just wants to dive bomb into the ground.

Some advice from my experience:

Don't make huge turns for a long time, it'll dive. Make short multiple turns. A short 'twitch' turn will also help stabilize a rocking/diving vehicle.
