  • Ah! Thank you so much for this video! I've had chronic lower leg pain for years and have been trying to run (without much success) without pain. After doing this stretch just once, I was able to have a pleasant 5 minute run.

  • I feel this stretch in sidelying is more effective than the 1 I knew in standing. Thank you!

  • i did this stretch didn't feel anything . didn't feel my tfl stretch but it is still in pain. maybe im doing it wrong?
