dude, i agree with you that the second movie was a whole lot better than the first, but there was nothing horror about the devil's rejects. great movie, but i wouldnt classify it as a horror flick.
i love Sid as Captain Spaulding, he can be the coolest, funniest and most likeable dude ever and then just turn into one of the most sadistic and violent psycho motherfuckers ever. Anybody who hasnt seen House Of 1000 Corpses or The Devils Rejects i sugest you see them because his performances are true modern day iconic entertainment
Quentin Tarentino could use him being really nice and charming endearing and so on AND THEN KILLING FOLK. And if they deserved it (think Dexter) it could leave the viewer confused - maybe - Challenged definitely.
Sid's not so globally known that we'd all see it coming either. I think he's great.
