  • My fav track on this album! Basslines like this paved the way for deadmau5

  • 3:02 Dance, Lord Vader.

  • Mindless is a good term. Probably the worst track they ever did with 'Fashion Party'. Ironic, if typical that they should both be on their most feted album. Too much repetitive dance-dirge one-track nonsense with just one syllable words repeated. Typical tape-deck stuff for tweaked out clubbers. One wants to forget trash like 2 Unlimited not be reminded of them. AOB you can do so much better, as you've proved with the rest of the album & all your subsequent stuff.

  • i STILL LOVE THIS SONG!!! I woke up to it today

  • I still have this album. And speaking about the weird sound @ the min. 2:20, I remember the 1st time I heard it, I thought it was a error recording. Even I wanted to change the CD in the Music Store. LOL

  • hell yeah, i used to listen to this album on casset tape back in like '95. let's see: i would've been about 13. they used to play it at the local skating rink too.

  • Ace of Base was my childhood, but I wonder what it would be like if i first heard them in my young 20s instead of when i was 7

  • We used to Jam this at very high volumes back in '94!!

Everyone Everywhere Dance... or fade out. da dada donoda da!!

  • i never heard this song before but its pretty cool. but sence i was 3 ive loved their songs dont turn around the sign and all that she wants.

  • I love how years later we all still love AOB. How amazing would it be for a international reunion tour!

  • ahahahha i love them STILL.

  • the knock at 2:20 is a reverse beat and sounds slightly loud but on production and on album release it is level sounding, its just the uploaders sound (i.e you tube) so is fine

  • Dance or fade out, bitches!!!!

  • Sinister boogie techno clockwork orange gettin down

  • this is the best of the best my fav track

  • GOLD!

  • Ace of Base in my mind! YEEOOOO!

  • i used too listen too this song, alot, and dance like crazy, i love it.

  • Ace of base´s first album is a classic...no matter what people say about the band nowdays...nobody can´t denie that the album is pure gold....there is no dead track in this album.

  • I agree! Their first album was techno and progressive while the second was poetic and a bit soothing. I love both albums.

  • Awesome. Everyday after school 12 years ago, I would put this song on full blast!

  • lol yeah me too I had the tape and a huge boom box with like 6 DD batteries, I would take it to the lake when we were swimming, lol!

  • i thought that knock at 2:20 was my dodgy mp3, it sounds like an error

I love this tune sounds along the same lines as Electronic's first album. Can anyone suggest some similar sounding songs?

  • Republica's first album is very good and alot like this. I remember when people were asking the same question when referring to duran duran first two album's and someone recommened Republica ,they were right.

  • first time, with earphones, i thought it was a piece of earwax dislodging.

  • And I always wished that they would have used this blast sound more often :-))

  • *Has a nostalgic air blow through me*

  • Damn!!!I still remember this song very much!!!!!And i love it.I own this album when i was 9,loved Don't Turn Around and most songs incld. this.:-)

  • Dance! Or fade out!

  • Lolz, this is pretty sweet.

  • i still wonder about that knock at 2:20!!! such a mystery for me back from early 1990s!

  • Me too! LOL

  • I think it's the sound of speaker, a boomer

    probably...

  • @gingerbreadmalta i always thought it was a massive chunk of earwax dislodging (listening on earphones). i'd have to rewind it to check.

  • @gingerbreadmalta yep, same here hahaha

  • @gingerbreadmalta It's funny that there is so many people who have been wondering the same thing :D Including me!

  • Comment removed

  • @gingerbreadmalta the pop on 2:20 is a super sterophonic-analog sound of a "whip". It needs a crossover to work it's full magic....going from one speaker to the other.

  • They are all very much alive.. Your info is WAY off.

  • @keif83 They are IMMORTAL!!!

  • I'm laughing my a** out :''''D

  • Ace of base in your mind!!!! Memories!!!!

they went on to make some of the best pop songs ever, what a great great group!!
