I lived in an entirely different state at the time. I need to know WHY Tim Adams says there is no birth certificate. How did he find this out? What is the evidence? This is CRITICAL. I want with all my heart to believe that this will settle the question. But just the claim that there isn't one isn't going to settle it. I will look at the web site. But PLEASE make sure that you provide some kind of evidence, since proving a negative (that there is NO birth certificate) is really impossible. Last thing we need is someone making this claim falsely.

@1940jan, even if Obama was born in a US state, his father was British, making Barack a dual-citizen, therefore not a NBC. If born in a US state he is jus solis a US citizen, but only to the extent of jurisdiction under state laws. He is jus sanguinis a US citizen by blood of his mother, but equally jus sanguinis a British citizen at birth by blood of his father. It is by circumstances of God and Nature he cannot be a NBC. Nothing can change the facts of birth.

His father being British would only be relevant if Stanley Ann was is only wife. The British Nationality Act of 1948 says British citizenship can only be offered to legitimate children of a British father. Barack Sr. was already married when he married Obama Jr's Mom.
Since the US doesn't recognize multiple marriages, Obama Jr was illegitimate and couldn't get British citizenship.

@gds1937 Easy....when my son was born, my mom placed a birth announcement in our hometown newspaper so family and friends would know she had her first grandchild. I lived in an entirely different state at the time. She simply stated the name of the child, the date he was born, his weight and the name of the child's parents (me and my husband) and that he was the grandson of ..and the names of my parents.

Obama's grand mother has openly admitted that she actually saw him been born in Kenya. The birth certificate used to show his birth place was created using photoshop and the reason why he is in power is because of Kissinger and Wall Street financed his election, which was on the region of $2 Billion. The other half of the story is that Obama has never had a Social Security Number issued in his name. To this day he is using another person's social security number. From what I have seen this is a common practice among illegals that can not obtain a SSN legally. If he is a citizen why has never applied for his own SSN?

I need to know WHY Tim Adams says there is no birth certificate. How did he find this out? What is the evidence? This is CRITICAL. I want with all my heart to believe that this will settle the question. But just the claim that there isn't one isn't going to settle it. I will look at the web site. But PLEASE make sure that you provide some kind of evidence, since proving a negative (that there is NO birth certificate) is really impossible. Last thing we need is someone making this claim falsely.
