12V? Nope 24V and its adjusted by ECU.

The camera car is a modified 12V I think, I asked the owner about the specs of the engine.

What about Mr. Busson's red GTV6 24V, does it only have a chip and everything else is standard?

I have almost similar spec with the camera car, but 11mm RJR cams. Seems to idle better than C&B SM1.

Camera is inside a 12V & Claude has a GTV 24V with a Sybele Management (240 bhp)

Inside yes ! Only Sybele management, GTA inlet pipes and good Exhaust. A little bit over 240 BHP
