  • @SouthParkGobbles try to put your feet as wide as you can when you land on it. if you are not close to it, then dont try to save it. just get your feet to the floor. trying to keep on it will have you flipping onto your head. lol if you can squat on the ball then you shouldnt have too much difficulty. jump to your squat position. good luck!!

  • @EuropBodyguardSchool imparare ad accovacciarsi sulla palla, avviare equilibrio sulla palla sulle mani e sulle ginocchia. una volta si può fare bene, provare a ottenere per i piedi whith le mani ancora sulla palla. il passo successivo è quello di lasciare andare le mani e alzarsi. tenere sempre le ginocchia piegate, e la pratica, pratica, pratica. e grazie a Google Translate per il mio italiano. haha

  • @EuropBodyguardSchool dovete imparare a fare squat sulla prima palla una volta si può fare, allora il passo per saltare sulla sfera è veramente una questione di cercare di saltare su e atterrare sulla palla dove i tuoi piedi sono a fare squat

    Cerco di non saltare troppo in alto sulla palla. i miei piedi sono circa a 10o'clock e 2o'clock

  • dude thats amazing.. i can stand on an exercise ball for like 2 min and i can also do squats on the ball (only like 4 thou)... do you think im ready to try the jumps on the ball... and is it easier with a bigger exercise ball or a smaller one .. thanks man

  • @tarik23boss lol i dont do this stuff much anymore but it never gunna stop being fun. jumping from one to another isn't that hard. great for stabilising your core in an unstable situation....

  • @TurtleTramp it is fun to do but isnt for core stabilisation,its a specific balance task ,the stabilisation is occurring in the ankles and hips mostly.There are far better less risky exercises for training the core

  • @billysue2 of course there are. not many people would try this with success. but i disagree with the stability comment. if your core aint strong and on, you wont ever be able to do this. stability in the hips and ankles starts in the core. your core is your base for them to work off. weak base = weak stability.

  • @TurtleTramp the amount of core strength required for balancing is minimal,virtually anybody would have sufficient.Youre confusing whole body stability,ie balance with spinal stabilisation.All balancing activity done on the feet starts at the ankles and works up,it cannot start at the other end of the body,its biomechanically impossible.Obviously,the feet are always the base when standing.What youre doing is a specific skill and little to do with strength anywhere.

  • @billysue2 stability cant start in the feet when the thing you are standing on is completely unstable. you need to read or re-read up on your biomechanics. the core ie- pelvic floor and transverse abdominus are they key to good stability. read up on it.

  • @TurtleTramp ive a degree in sports rehab,with a masters in biomechanics,i know a little bit about the area of balance and core stability.If you were to stand on on anything ,balance would have to start at the nearest point to that surface which are the feet,regardless of the surface,pelvic floor and trans abs arent the key to any stability,they are only 2 muscles out of many involved and those change as you move.

  • if you can stand a ball, its not that big of a step to learn to jump them. try jumping up to stand on it first, then one ball to another. it really isnt as difficult as you might think.
