With brown rice, unlimited veg/salad and natural yogurt in the first 5 days and fruit, whole grains and dairy beyond that, you've got a strange understanding of either this, or Atkins, or both!

@ZoeHarcombe okay thanks ! (: and after the diet if i keep eating healthy will it stay off? And can i have something unhealthy once in a while? Like can i slowly go back to bad foods and i can eat that and stay skinny?
Hi Zoe. I'm on phase 2 and being a vegetarian, lunches can be hard to make. Is Quorn ham or chicken slices, that kind of thing, ok to have, or is it too artificial. In your book you say we can have Quorn, but don't specify what varieties. Thanks!
When you say no carbs and fats eaten together are you saying I shouldn't eat a salad with chicken or fish on it...or are you referring to starchy carbs and protein....just want to clarify because you said anything other than protein is a carb. Thank you.
Hi there - this is the problem of trying to do 3 min videos when I've got three 400 page books out there!
Salads and Vegetable (not potatoes or mushrooms - the books explain why) are allowed freely with any meal - a carb or a fat meal. The things that form the basis of the carb meals are the starchy ones, as you worked out - e.g. brown rice, beans, pulses, baked potatoes, fruits, and whole grains (although wheat is a major problem for food intolerance)

Yes! Any real meat/any fish is always fine. Nothing processed therefore - real chicken, pork, steak, any fish - whatever mum will get x
