  • thats some gud drviving pal

  • Hey Ed, is it true there was a 4WD version? and is it possible to get the redline too 8500 r more if you use differant cams? Im getting an ATR but it does annoy me abit the way the redline is less than other Type Rs, was thinkin it was down to weight but the Euro redlines at 855rpm and is 90kg heavier, The crossover is more aggresive on ATR though, but can i get VTEC to pll all the way above the 7800rpm on the ATR if i change cams? more importantly is it bullshit r was there a 4WD version?

  • You certainly love your car, and why not? i love them too and will be getting one soon,ATR ATR ATR, very special car

  • Well considering the problems on the day a late 1m,29s in a standard road going Honda is quick enough.

  • Good car, good driver, btw no point in turbocharge it becuz it is FWD and has just enough power in stock!

  • thats brilliant

  • 2.2? thats the s200 engine right? why not put a 6 in a sport accord or at least turbocharge it

  • No its a 2.2L H22A7 built specifically for the Accord Type R

  • never heard of type r accord. whats different about it?

  • Quite a lot, 40% stiffer chassis, lighter, LSD, ~212hp/160tq 2.2 vtec, NSX front brakes, 17" alloys, Momo steering wheel, Recaro interior, limited run of cars (~1700) in just three colours black, red and silver. The list goes on. :)

  • nsx front brakes shit man never knew that

  • 100+ looks so tame on video

  • Yep, looks like a walking speed... bloody video cameras! :(
