  • Good effort in trying to warn people. Those who don't get it are either teens, adults who still have the mind of a child or people who have a vested interest in the evil world of credit. If you can't afford to pay cash for something, you don't deserve to own it! Go to daveramsey tod moc for the best possible advice you can get on this subject.

  • these r good commercials. leave it alone!

  • 3:26 back

  • i juss wasted 3 minutes of my lyyfe

  • First you said don't go to the site ...But then you said try it out cause it's a neat site.....No wonder there was crickets in the background....This was good for nothing....Thanks

  • No, he said try out the annualcreditreport site which really is free, unlike the "other one".

  • Hi,

Have not tried yet, but for the people busting your balls. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE VIDEO DON'T WATCH! And if you don't like it move on, it is not like he is scamming anyone, just trying to help. It amazes me how many adults, function socially on a middle school level, and we wonder why our society is going to hell in a hand basket. HappySack, even if some of the facts turn out to be different, thanks for trying to help. You show a lot of class by taking the high road answering these kids.

  • How can we not watch it when it's on almost every single cable station every 5 minutes? I'm constantly turning the station to avoid the commerical every time it comes on but I can't seem to get away from it. I've actually watched less TV due to this annoying commerical just to avoid it.

  • my bad,

I did not know this was also a commercial. I prostrate myself before you and beg forgiveness.

  • I think the less TV you watch, the smarter you become.

  • rIGHT ON!!!

  • are you kidding?

  • Not at all.

  • ok whats the point of this vid im just wondering it was really dumb

  • Read the video description for s summary of the video.

  • You don't date much, do you?

    I didn't think so.

  • Mother doesn't like anyone I bring home. It's probably time for me to move out I think.

  • wow that was a waist of3:26 min. of my life

  • Don't blame me, I didn't force you to watch. ;)

  • ... wow. I don't even believe this. I told my brother not to use my account... He can't even spell "waste". Sorry to all those offended...

  • who cares about tht crap!!!!

u bore me go do something funny not talk about credit!!!!

  • this is retarted and boring by the way

  • For a 16 year old, indeed, it would be.

  • It's extortion,if my credit was "wack" because of someone else doing some thing underhanded, how is it not the fault of these agencies? what else do they have to do?,what there purpose?, and for not doing their job I should opt to pay them more... for being incompitent,It's not like they're the government. I froze my credit,

fuck the lenders, shisters. I work, save and by with cash.

  • Where is your Beard?

  • Annualcreditreport dot com redirects you to Experian which apparently is now owned by Freedcreditreport dot com which enrolls you in Triple Advantage. So be careful of Annualcreditreport dot com also. I was enrolled in Triple Advantage without even knowing it.

  • Many misspellings of annualcreditreport have been registered to other sites, some legit some not. Make sure you type it correctly or use the links I have provided in the description.

When getting your free reports through annualcreditreport you will be redirected to each of the credit reporting agencies website. They may offer other services while you are there, but you are under no obligation. The FTC mandates that your report is offered to you free, once each year.

  • These reporting agencies will give you your credit score but apparently if you want a more detailed explanation of the score, you have to pay a small fee. I did that at Experian not realizing they are now owned by Freecreditreport dot com. Either way, the businesses you are working with to prevent you from being scammed are they themselves scamming you. I will never use Experian again.

  • It was not a misspelling at all. I was at the Experian website. I'm telling you, unless I was doing something totally boneheaded, it enrolled me in Triple Advantage. I saw the checkmarks that you had to UNCLICK from Transunion and Equifax. I had no problem from these agencies. Go to Experian, and BAM! You're screwed!

  • Experian owns freecreditreport, I guess its a side job. I don't like how they use fear to get people to sign up for their services. If they are collecting information about our credit, they should collect it fairly and ensure its accuracy. Credit protection should be mandatory.

It's been a year since I've checked mine, so I am going to do it now and see what they are up to on their sites.

  • Just make sure you check you credit card statements for months after you go to the Experian site.

  • they do offer your free credit report.. invite me

  • yes you can get a free credit report once a year, but they will not tell you your credit score unless you pay,I tried. And dont fall for the line that knowing your credit score will save you money, only lowering your score will save you money.

  • Very true. Thanks for watching my video.

  • 550 views - the same amount as you weigh

  • Hahaha. More like the number of hairs left on my head. lol!

  • I'll make this quick, Learn your crap before you diss a legit company. the Triple Advantage membership is quite useful. Have a nice day, and let me tell you where to go. :)

    Greetz!

  • Triple Advantage is indeed very useful, *if* thats what you need. If you are looking for free credit reports, you don't need to go to that site and made to feel that you *need* their other services to *protect* yourself. Its fear mongering through terms like 'identify theft' and 'fraud'.

  • A legit company doesn't have to hide behind a commercial pretending to offer a free service. If it is quite useful, why not be proud of the service instead of hiding behind another company pretending to offer a free service?

  • thnx for the info but I disagree. have an account from with them and the it provides more than just one credit report a year. I can check my credit whenever and I can monitor my credit and receive email alerts which helps prevent credit fraud. I also get you a credit score, something I didn't get at the annualcreditreport site.

yes you can get a taco from taco bell and get a taco from an authentic Mexican taco shop. Both sell tacos but are they equal?

    You be the judge!

  • It's true, you get what you pay for. But the key is to making sure that what you pay for is what you need.

I get my credit score through one of my credit card companies at no cost other than having an account in good standing. And I can get a credit report free every 3 months directly from the credit agencies.

  • fuck free credit report, they fucked my wife over for $25.00

  • Exactly. Its very misleading and its a load of crap to offer and advertise something that in part is offered to you already free of charge directly from the companies themselves.

  • They fucked your wife for $25 bucks? Dude! How come I didn't get an invite?

  • what if you do not live in USA?

  • Good to know...thanks for sharing :)

  • yes i did that and i looked at mine for thr first time! and then i went and canceled the service they set you up for. You have to make a phone call or something

  • Yeah, I'm not too found of that. And because they are a business seperate from the credit agencies, they are bound to different privacy policies. The site in the description is actually set up by the credit agencies themselves and is enforced by the FTC.

Did you try getting your free credit reports from the link in the description?
